The MassLib base module includes the following features:
· Chromatogram and spectra handling
· SISCOM (Search for Identical and Similar COMpounds) fragment searches, neutral
loss searches, few peak searches, data searches
· One user library with up to 500 spectra
· Display of structures from commercial libraries
MassLib Basic includes the complete SISCOM search capabilities. The SISCOM search is an invaluable tool for finding similar structures to your mass spectra of unknowns. In addition MassLib Basic allows to save up to 500 mass spectra to build up your own user library.
