The Quantitation and Compare module adds peak area calculations for a single analysis and for the comparison of two chromatographic runs. The module also allows quantitations based on internal standards. For a single analysis the peak areas can be referenced relative to two internal standards, in the Compare mode relative to one internal standard present in both analyses.
