The MassLib library module allows to build multiple user libraries of unlimited size. It also includes automation tools for unattended data processing in background tasks.
Each user library may contain exact or nominal mass spectra, structures with fragmentations, formulas, molecular weights and user defined additional information (such as CAS numbers and Retention Index data). All this can be searched by using the various implemented search tools.
