The CPCI360 CANbus controller is a 3U CompactPCI card based on the SJA1000. The SJA1000 provides an interface to the popular CANbus that supports both standard (11-bit) and extended (29-bit) identifier messages. Front LEDs provide diagnostic information.
The CAN network is a serial communication protocol which efficiently supports distributed control with a high level of reliability.

This CompactPCI card is availabe in a 3U and a 6U form factor.
